Explain the Action Learning process, theory, roles, and core principles

Describe the purpose of ground rules and use appropriate interventions to establish and maintain them

Set up, manage, and facilitate Action Learning Sets

Demonstrate the key skills of an Action Learning Set facilitator

Support set members to develop core questioning, listening, and problem-solving skills

Confidently facilitate Action Learning Sets

ICF CCE units: 12 Core Competence & 11 Resource Development.
