      We work in partnership with you to design and deliver Action Learning in a way that fits your organisation, your people, and your priorities.

      Design and preparation

      To ensure the programme is well set up and delivers value, we begin with a focused design and preparation phase. This is about creating the conditions for success and aligning the programme to your objectives.

      This typically includes:

      • Clarifying purpose and themes through a planning conversation, agreeing what the programme is for and the outcomes you want to see
      • Participant communications, including welcome information so participants understand what to expect and how to prepare
      • Programme design, shaping the structure, timing and facilitation approach to suit your context
      • Resources, including participant handbooks and supporting materials
      • Practical arrangements, such as dates, format (online, in-person or hybrid), and how sessions will run

      By investing in this stage, we ensure Action Learning in organisations is clearly aligned to agreed aims, participants are engaged from the outset, and the sessions are focused and productive.

      Delivery

      We facilitate Action Learning sets with a clear structure and consistant approach, while remaining responsive to the needs of the group.

      Participants work on real, work-based challenges, through listening, questioning, reflection and peer support. Our role is to hold the process, support effective participation, and help the group stay focused on learning as well as action.

      Programmes can be delivered:

      • A series of regular facilitated Action Learning sets, creating a consistent rhythm for reflection and action

      • Groups working on real, work-based challenges over time, with space between sessions to take action and apply learning

      • Sets that are themed around organisational priorities or specific challenges, helping focus attention and align effort

      • Programmes that sit alongside leadership or development initiatives, providing a practical space to apply and embed learning in real work situations

       

      Support and follow-up

      Where needed, we provide support beyond the facilitating the Sets to help embed Action Learning within your organisation.

      This may include:

      • Guidance on setting up and sustaining Action Learning internally
      • Ongoing facilitation support or supervision
      • Development of internal facilitators
      • Resources and materials to support continued use

      Our focus is on helping you build confidence and capability so that Action Learning becomes part of how you work, rather than a one-off intervention.
