Guided by an experienced facilitator, these online sessions (five 90 – minute meetings over several months) offer a supportive space to share challenges, exchange insights, and refine your skills alongside peers.

Prefer to learn with others? Our Practice Development Groups offer a supportive space to reflect on and enhance your facilitation skills alongside other Action Learning facilitators.
Led by an experienced facilitator, each group consists of up to four participants who meet online for five 90-minute sessions, roughly every two months. You’ll explore real-life facilitation challenges, share insights, and discover fresh perspectives — all while building a network of peer support.
