Originally designed for Action Learning Sets to help develop questioning skills, our Question Bank is used internationally by trainers, managers, coaches and facilitators to aid problem solving, learning and open, coaching style questioning.
With over a hundred questions they encourage a coach approach to support others think, reflect and learn. These simple to use question cards are great to use with teams, in training courses, to support coaching skills development and with Action Learning Sets.
