I love the way action learning has the ability to powerfully deepen curiosity, reflection, decision making, exploring solutions, creativity in thinking and learning about self and as a group containing different perspectives. Training as an AL facilitator with ALC was the first time I came across the process. It opened my eyes to the possible! The process provides a container for time to think deeply and differently, to express ideas and work with them in a safe and supportive space, allowing the new and the possible to bubble up and for the actions to be tried and reflected upon with the AL group.
