What brought you to AL & when?
I was introduced to Action Learning while participating in a learning program for social entrepreneurs. It was a completely new approach for me, and I gained so much from both the facilitator and my fellow set members that I was inspired to become a facilitator myself.

What do you love about AL?
I love how it creates a space where members can challenge each other with both honesty and compassion.

Why does AL matter?
Because learning to truly listen and communicate as a leader is transformative.
