Terms and conditions

The Stretching your Practice/ ILM endorsed award programme will go ahead when there are at least four delegates.

The location for this training may not be the same as your original course or with the same people because this depends on when people opt to attend.

 Registration with ILM

In order to for us to register you with ILM you must complete the ALC / ILM registration form. At the point of registration there is a £75 registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable once it has been paid.

Once registered, you will receive your ILM enrolment number within two weeks. This number gives you access to the ILM on-line library and resources. You have access for 12 months from the date of your registration.

 Payment

You will receive an invoice once we have received your completed registration form.

Payment options:

You can pay by instalments. If you are paying via payment plan, we will register you with the ILM once we have received your first instalment.

Payment by instalments can spread your payments over 3 payments for the ILM Endorsed programme and two instalments for the Stretching Your Practice course.

 Cancellation

If you cancel the training and do not wish to reschedule onto another course the following cancellation policy applies.

  • More than six weeks notice (30 working days) – full refund minus £25 admin & ILM registration fee if we have registered you.

  • Within one month and 15 working days before – 75% refund minus ILM registration fee if we have registered you.

  • Under 21 days cancellation – 45% refund minus ILM registration fee if we have registered you.

 If you reschedule to a later course less than 14 days before the course date you may be charged a £45 fee to cover incurred costs.

 If ALC cancels the course for any reason you will be offered an alternative date. If you can’t make the new date, you will receive full refund.

 Marking

If your assignment has to be resubmitted, this resubmission and second marking is included in the fees above.  If it is resubmitted for a third time, there is an additional marking fee of £120 (inc VAT).
