“It is a necessary course if you’d like to facilitate Virtual Action Learning really well.”
— Chris Potter, Macmillan Cancer Support
“I got more than I expected from this programme. As a coach I’m used to the skills of listening and great questions and how to encourage best practice from a group; but I learnt new facilitator skills in dealing with technology, creating connections early on as well as amazing learning around the Action Learning process. I would highly recommend this to anyone already with action learning experience who wants to take it into the virtual world.”
— Kate Flory, Coach, Facilitator & Trainer

“An excellent training course on running ALS virtually under the wings of a highly skilled trainer. Through clear and patient guidance, we were helped to work through our anxieties and fears around technology and managing groups virtually.

To see first hand when things go wrong and how to pick up again was invaluable. Resources and recordings were made available - incredibly useful for learning and growth, not just as a virtual ALS facilitator but as a facilitator in general. Thank you so much!”
