This virtual Action Learning facilitation course for experienced facilitators is packed with information, tips and practice of facilitating virtually. You will explore the role of the facilitator in a virtual arena, the similarities and differences to working in-person, learn how to intervene without the same physical cues and practice managing the technology and facilitating the Action Learning process virtually.

Course Structure
Starts with a 2.5 hour introduction and orientation session.
Session 1 - an overview to the Action Learning process, principles, application and facilitation skills.
Sessions 2 & 4 - cover input on building trust and rapport, managing technology, intervening virtually plus facilitation practice.
Session 3 - is self facilitated practice.
Course resources and comprehensive manual included.

Prior knowledge or experience of facilitating Action Learning Sets or facilitating groups
Access to the internet
A computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
A headset or ear buds with microphone
